Because of its central position in Europe, politically and geographically, Belgium has a huge expatriate community from all over the world, though primarily from EU countries. Most communities are in Brussels, although some can be found in Antwerp. The country is very internationally minded and you are just as likely (well almost) to bump into a foreigner as a local.
