Romania has experienced considerable economical growth recently and has the 7th largest economy in Europe. Romania's economic strength lies in the processing and the manufacturing of goods, primarily in small and medium-sized, family-owned firms. The unemployment rate in Romania is low and there are good job opportunities for well educated professionals. However, proper understanding of Romanian is required for most jobs, although native English speakers have good chances of finding English teaching jobs.
