Many international companies have a big presence in Russsiam especially in Moscow. Most expats get their jobs through these. There are also smaller companies started by expats themselves that might be looking for other expats to do business.

Local companies are also looking for foreigners sometimes. Many of these jobs will have to do with business relations to other countries and often require good language skills.
