There are some expats living in Lebanon, but the expat community is rather small due to a host of reasons. Most of the expats in Lebanon live in Beirut. There has been a lot of unrest in Lebanon and a viable expat community therefore never got around to establish itself. Most expats are in the U.N. or the American University.
